Bristol Motor Speedway works to make race weekend as accessible and convenient as possible for all spectators. Fans with disabilities can take advantage of a range of services, including accessible parking, dedicated seating areas, and transport assistance around the venue.
Under Tennessee law, the person who has been issued a state accessible parking permit must be present in the vehicle when that permit is being used. This rule is strictly enforced by law enforcement. Any misuse of an accessible permit can result in denied parking access and possible loss of the permit.
To help guests park as close as possible to their seating section, Bristol Motor Speedway requires accessible parking requests to be arranged in advance for NASCAR events. Guests must provide a valid state-issued accessible parking placard or licence plate, documentation from the issuing state, and a photo ID.
To arrange accessible parking, contact the Speedway representative at (423) 989-6941. Wheelchair-accessible parking is assigned together with the purchase of wheelchair-accessible viewing tickets.
Bristol Motor Speedway also provides free shuttle and tram services for guests who need help getting around the facility. These services run from selected parking areas along Highway 394, including Speedway Parking and Whitetop Creek Park. For guests parking at Whitetop Creek Park, the nearest pickup point is located at the corner of Copperhead Road and Highway 394.
Accessible viewing areas are available in the Pearson and Waltrip Grandstands, along with the Earnhardt and Gordon Terraces. Companion seats can also be purchased in nearby locations. A seating map is available to help guests choose the most suitable area.
