Bristol Motor Speedway features a wide variety of grandstands, each offering a different perspective of the racing. Seats closer to the track place fans right beside the high-banked half-mile oval, where the sound and vibration of the cars passing at full speed is unmistakable. Higher rows provide a broader overview of the circuit, allowing spectators to follow the race around the entire stadium-style venue.
Located on the frontstretch at the start/finish line, the Allison Grandstand offers an excellent view of race starts, restarts, and the final dash to the chequered flag. Its position also gives spectators a clear look at pit road activity during pit stops.
Situated directly above the Allison Grandstand, this terrace provides a higher vantage point with a wide perspective across the track. From here, fans can see both straights and large sections of the turns.
Positioned around Turns 3 and 4, this grandstand captures cars exiting the corner and accelerating onto the frontstretch. It is a great location to watch decisive overtakes and late-race battles approaching the finish.
Running along the backstretch between Turns 2 and 3, the Earnhardt Terrace gives fans a view of cars launching out of Turn 2, reaching top speed, and diving into Turn 3. The long straight makes it a strong spot to observe side-by-side racing.
Located midway along the backstretch, the Gordon Terrace overlooks cars racing at full throttle. Spectators can watch drivers charge down the straight before setting up their entry into Turn 3.
Also situated along the backstretch, the Johnson Grandstand provides a close view of the tightly packed racing typical of Bristol. Its location near the midway attractions also makes it convenient for food, drinks, and other amenities.
Found near the exit of Turn 2 on the backstretch side, the Yarborough Grandstand places fans closer to the track. From here, you can watch cars power out of the corner and accelerate down the straight.
Positioned between Turns 1 and 2, this grandstand offers a close look at drivers navigating the banking and searching for the best racing line before heading onto the backstretch.
Located above the Kulwicki Grandstand, this terrace provides a higher angle that allows spectators to follow the field through Turns 1 and 2 before they head down the back straight.
Situated on the frontstretch closer to Turn 1, the Pearson Grandstand combines views of pit road with an angle into the first corner, offering a mix of straight-line speed and braking action.
Directly above the Pearson Grandstand, the terrace offers a wider perspective across the frontstretch and into Turn 1 and part of Turn 2, making it an excellent place to watch restarts unfold.
Located at Turn 2, the Petty Grandstand focuses on the moment cars accelerate hard onto the backstretch, where momentum often builds for passes later in the lap.
Overlooking the Petty Grandstand, the terrace gives spectators a broader view of Turn 2 and the beginning of the backstretch, making it easier to follow the racing deeper into the field.
One of the highest seating sections at the Speedway, the Wallace Tower sits alongside Turns 1 and 2. From this elevated position, fans can take in a sweeping view of the circuit and follow the action around much of the track.
